I kind of feel like a Noah's snob. They are my favorite bagels. AI like them a bit chewy, so when toasted, they are perfect. Some stores sell them dry and then when toasted, they are too crunchy. I find myself eating them untoasted because I can't wait to get home. When you are early enough, you can feel that they are fresh out of the oven. The Stockton location has the best atmosphere, with the outdoor patio. I didn't take a photo soon enough and devoured my Power Egg White Sandwich in the car. The fresh avocado, spinach, and tomato were the perfect addition.

I love Noah's! My dream is to become a regular here once I retire. 😄 I love the maplehouse egg sandwich. I get it with Jalapeño spread instead of the one it comes with and it tastes amazing! Also I tried the new vanilla iced coffee with cream instead of milk. So good. I gave it a overall 4 stars cause the app is limited to customizations.

This is our regular haunt. We love the bagels, and seeing excellent continuity of service. Our Noah Bagel shop is in Lincoln Center in Stockton, CA — which is definitely not NY. But the experience reminds me of being back east. It’s extra fun, because Alicia at the register greets us by name, and knows our order even before we tell her!

The jalapeño bagels from Noah’s are always consistently good. Alicia is usually at the register and rings me up. She’s very sweet and knows my order every time, before I can even say it! Good food and Alicia’s excellent customer service, make this place a staple for me when I’m in town.

My wife and I were at St. Joseph's for a few days and decided to grab some breakfast. I looked up some local spots on DoorDash and found Noah's. The bagel sandwiches looked really good. I decided to order some bagel sandwiches for us, and placed an order for a baker's dozen for the nurses in the maternity ward. At first, I tried calling but realized I would have to order ahead online. After placing my order, I drove to the spot located in Lincoln Center. The area was bustling with people. There was various groups of people sitting outside the shop. This was a good sign to me that this place must be good. Went inside and my order was ready to go in the mobile order area. I had a slight mixup because I ordered two of the same cream cheese tubs when I meant to order two different kinds. I ended up purchasing a plain cheese cream tub in addition to the two onion and chives I had ordered with the baker's dozen. The lady at the register was very nice and gave me a small discount because of the confusion. She then made sure I had knives and napkins for my order, and handed me a few different flyers for their business. The bagel sandwiches were really good! I got the farmhouse sandwich whi
